Who is responsible

Aircode di Fabio Bassan, Italy, is the controller for personal data processed in connection with this website and support requests. VAT number: IT10228020961. For privacy questions, contact porcuatro@aircode.it.

The Por Cuatro game

This policy describes the current version of Por Cuatro. Matches, AI opponents and game logic run on your device. The game does not include accounts, advertising SDKs, gameplay analytics or online multiplayer. Aircode does not receive your gameplay history.

Settings, control preferences and tournament progress are stored locally on your device. These files are used to remember your choices and continue your tournament. They are not uploaded to Aircode. Their storage and deletion are controlled by the app and your operating system; removing local app data removes the corresponding saved preferences and progress.

This website and Umami analytics

porcuatro.aircoded.app is a static website. Images and fonts are hosted with the site. There are no account forms, advertising pixels, embedded social feeds or newsletter sign-ups.

We use Umami, served from umami.aircoded.app, to understand how the website is used. The standard tracker records page visits, referring websites, browser and operating-system information, language, screen and device information, and approximate location derived from the network request. We do not send names, email addresses, custom user identifiers or the contents of support messages to Umami.

The Umami web tracker does not use cookies. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles or follow you across unrelated websites. Analytics and infrastructure requests still reach our servers; “no cookies” does not mean that no data is processed. You can block the analytics script with your browser’s privacy tools without affecting the site.

We process limited website usage information for our legitimate interest in understanding readership and improving the site. Our hosting infrastructure also processes technical request information, including IP addresses, requested resources and timestamps, to deliver pages, detect abuse and troubleshoot faults. This processing supports our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, investigate problems and handle the resulting correspondence. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need a reply address and enough detail to help.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request or providing support connected with our products, and our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries. We do not add support contacts to a marketing list. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Service providers and retention

Our hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate the website and deliver correspondence on our behalf. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect our services and legal rights.

Support correspondence is kept for the time needed to resolve the request and relevant follow-up, or to meet applicable legal obligations or handle a dispute. Technical logs are kept according to the hosting service’s operational rotation and security needs. Website statistics are kept for traffic comparisons and site planning; we review their usefulness and remove data when it is no longer needed for those purposes. These criteria depend on the purpose of the record, rather than a single retention period for all data.

If a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, applicable data-protection safeguards must be in place, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can contact us for information about providers and safeguards relevant to your request.

App stores and test distribution

If you obtain or test the game through an app store or testing service, that platform may process account, download, purchase or diagnostic information under its own privacy policy. This is separate from the game’s local operation. Any store links and relevant distribution details will be added when public distribution is available.

Your choices and rights

Where we process personal data about you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. We do not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling.

To make a request, email porcuatro@aircode.it. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. You may complain to the Italian data-protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or your local supervisory authority.

Children

The game does not ask players to provide personal information. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children. If a child has sent personal information in a support message, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its removal.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the game, website or data practices change, and revise the date above. Questions about this policy can always be sent to porcuatro@aircode.it.
